Join conductor Lynette Bridgland and the Orchestra for the last concert in 2026, in which we welcome soloists Sophia Jones (violin) and Hanna Wallace (viola) performing Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante in Eb for Violin and Viola KV 364.
The concert opens with the overture to Der Freischütz by Weber and after the double concerto our 80th anniversary year comes to a close with the dramatic fourth symphony of Brahms, his final work in the genre.
Due to the continuing temporary closure of the South Melbourne Town Hall, this concert will be in the Glen Eira Town Hall, cnr Hawthorn Rd & Glen Eira Rd Caulfield.
